Lucas's home is welcoming, spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable!  We really appreciated the walkability of the location with many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping options nearby.  We ended up not having time to enjoy the building amenities so can't speak to those.  Would definitely return!

Unbeatable location! Super walkable, yet still quiet at night. The walls are thin and you can definitely hear loud noises outside, but thankfully people here are quiet at night.

It’s basically a townhouse on the ground floor (marked as floor 2 in the elevator), so it’s pretty confusing to find based on their instructions, especially when you have six large suitcases… 

This property is professionally managed by a company, and all the communications up until the day before check in was perfect.

On the day of check in, I asked if I need to access the unit via the garage on my uber ride, and they said yes. They told me to access the unit on level 5 or 6. All of the instructions were wrong, and the emergency number links to someone unfamiliar with the unit. Luckily a neighbor helped us out. 

And then the lock is tricky to open, requiring you to pull the door in a specific angle even when the passcode is correct. We were really tired at this point :( hope this can help the next ppl!

Alojamiento con una excelente ubicación dentro del Domain, Lucas y su equipo siempre serviciales y dispuestos a dar una respuesta ante cualquier pregunta. El único problema que nos encontramos se presentó con al aire acondicionado pero fue resuelto a la brevedad al enviar un técnico para repararlo. Camas muy cómodas y la unidad cuenta con todo lo necesario para una muy buena estancia. Muchas gracias por todo.

The location is great as it is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The beds were very hard, which was not our preference. The closets didn’t have any hangers to use for hanging clothes. The slide trash can in the kitchen was difficult to pull in and out. There are lights right outside the master window and downstairs bedroom. These lights are not controlled by this unit as it lights a public walkway. There should be black out drapes so those of us which like it dark while sleeping can use them. It was very bright at night.  This is your spot if you don’t mind it bright at night and like a very firm bed. The upstairs heater didn’t work and it was needed. Lucas was quick to respond, offered a couple solutions and had the heater working the next day. It is a fun place to stay due to the location and the it was great having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths for our family of 4

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.
NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking
PETS. The Host's apartment complex doesn't allow pets on the Premises for Airbnb guests. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims.
