Welcome to our Cozy 2BR in South Mission Beach, we hope to host you for your visit to San Diego! Please read through our detailed description below to learn more about the property and booking terms. 

As you step into the unit, you'll immediately notice its bright and inviting kitchen, adorned with updated cabinetry, sleek countertops, and a fresh coastal color palette. The kitchen serves as the heart of the unit, inviting you to prepare delicious meals and create lasting memories with loved ones. Its beachy interior design, characterized by light tones and charming accents, adds a touch of coastal style to the space.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed and a living room with a pull out couch, providing ample sleeping arrangements for guests. 

The bathroom is complete with all the necessary amenities. Whether you prefer a refreshing shower or a leisurely soak in the tub, the bathroom provides a fresh space for rejuvenation.

One of the highlights of this space is its outdoor patio. Step outside and bask in the sun, sip on your favorite beverage, and enjoy the coastal breeze. The patio offers the perfect setting for soaking up the San Diego Sun! 

The location is simply unbeatable. Just 20 steps away, you'll find yourself on the sandy beach, ready to soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. The boardwalk is also within easy reach, offering a lively atmosphere with a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options like Belmont Park.

PARKING:
For added convenience, the property offers garage parking that can accommodate one car. The garages can accommodate a full size vehicle (truck or SUV) but require the driver to park very carefully. Garage dimensions are approximately 9' wide x 18'5 deep x 8' high (with a dip 6'3" height where the garage opener motor is located in the ceiling center). We recommend you use an additional person as a "spotter". We are not responsible for any damages to vehicles parked in the garage or surrounding streets.

THE LOCATION:
South Mission Beach is a lively, laid-back neighborhood on a scenic peninsula in San Diego. With the Pacific Ocean on one side and the bay on the other, it’s the perfect spot for beach days, water sports, and sunset walks. The historic Giant Dipper rollercoaster, built in 1925, is a local favorite and a must-ride for visitors. A two-mile boardwalk runs along the coast, ideal for walking, biking, skating, or just enjoying the views. With its mix of outdoor activities, iconic attractions, and relaxed beach-town charm, South Mission Beach captures the classic California vibe.

Be sure to check out all San Diego has to offer! You will find yourself centrally located in America’s Finest City with convenient access to the county's most excellent attractions including the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Seaport Village and Harbor, prestigious La Jolla, historic Gaslamp Quarter and much more. There are endless opportunities for fun and entertainment!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The exterior stairs to access the unit are shared between the neighboring unit. The home uses Keyless Entry and you will be given a unique door code the Monday prior to your arrival.

For your convenience, there is a shared laundry room with one washer and one dryer available for guests use. The laundry room is on property and the machines are free to use. They are available on a first come, first serve basis. Detergent is provided!

Please note that you can occasionally hear airplanes and announcements made from the lifeguard tower. The beach is a congested area and during peak times can be lively. 

This unit does not have ac but fans are provided.

Baby Gear: A pack & play is provided in each unit, we do not provide sheets for the pack & play so please bring your own. A high chair is available upon request.

Pets: Please note that cats are not permitted in our homes. We kindly request that guests limit their furry friend guests to one dog. Host must be notified of pets. Pet agreement must be acknowledged prior to booking confirmation and additional fees may apply.

BOOKING TERMS:
Per the cancellation policy, eligible cancellations may receive a full refund less credit card processing fees. These non-refundable fees are charged by the payment processor at the time of booking and typically range from 3.9% to 4.7% of the total transaction amount.  There is no grace period for Credit Card fees.  Once booked credit card fees apply and can not be refunded.

Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. NO EVENTS, ZERO TOLERANCE.

Long term renters of 21+ days additional rules apply:

Utility cap of $125/week

This place exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect setup to be 100 ft from the beach. We never had to worry about fighting the crowds for parking, and we could come and go to the beach so easily.

The beach supplies are a great amenity. My kids loved learning to boogie board, and the provided beach chairs made it easy to relax on the beach.

We enjoyed having multiple meals on the deck/patio.

The instructions were straightforward, and Cindy was very responsive in answering any questions we had. 

There were 5 of us total that stayed in the house.

Great beach access and great beach accessories for use. Airport aircraft noise can be an issue of you happen to be a light sleeper and have windows open at night to cool the due to lack of air conditioner. Well prepared kitchen and very comfortable beds.

It was a cute little apartment it was very clean and provided everything I needed . The location was PERFECT! Other than needing to fix the master bedroom's ceiling fan it was a great stay I would book again !

Cozy apartment, steps from the beach and easy walking distance to local attractions in Mission Beach. We really appreciated the beach toys and garage for easy adventuring. When we weren't out enjoying the location, the apartment was a lovely space. The kitchen had everything needed to stay in (though we took advantage of the many restaurant options nearby). Even with some rainy weather the apartment was beautiful and bright, and when the sun was out we loved hanging out on the deck. Also, the comfiest bed!

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.
&nbsp;
PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.
&nbsp;

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
&nbsp;
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
&nbsp;
HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
&nbsp;
ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
