1 of the 7 bikes were in working order. Had to go to hardware store to buy tools to fix, super outdated, it’s a great home for the 70’s. Smelled musty, killed 6 spiders inside within the first couple hours. No garbage sacks, they want you to clean yet charge a 250 cleaning fee. Don’t waste time.
This house was a nice space for a multi-family, multi-generational gathering. My only critique is the kitchen could have been better stocked when we were there in August 2022. It was missing some basics like a cork screw and can opener.
We had a mixed group of older teens, younger kids, and two adults. This house couldn't have been better! So much to do, and the perfect bikes to fit our group!
What a great house for family trip. There is something to do for everyone. Very clean and updated. Very responsive owners. Location is excellent and walkable to Aspen lake or river.
Was a clean place. Ping pong table was a hit. (There is a pp ball behind the workbench that we couldn't get to). We couldn't figure out the fireplace even though we followed directions. Hot tub was nice.
