With spacious, well-appointed accommodations and a prime location just steps from the beach, guests enjoy a truly memorable and relaxing experience surrounded by lush landscaping and family-friendly amenities. The attentive staff and clean, modern units create an inviting atmosphere that keeps families returning year after year.

Many positives:Nicely designed, up-to-date and situated in the heart of the complex where it was quieter (no pool or tennis noise, just a pretty pond/stream which provided water sounds). Kitchen is bright, cheery with good selection of plates, serving dishes, glass/plastic drinkwear.  Skylights wonderful. Appliances are newer and work perfectly. Furniture and beds comfortable. Carpet in bedrooms look newer too. Good water pressure in nicely tiled showers. View from unit overlooks path/pond. Multiple window/doors which allowed in breezes to cool the upper level.  Felt private - which we like. A few areas for improvement: The furniture could use a steam cleaning. I can imagine that it’s difficult to keep light furniture looking good in a rental condo. The ceiling fan is rusty and could use replacement. Other fans were also beat up which you notice when there’s no AC. Make sure to fix the two dead outlets we reported. Replace/toss a few of the fry pans that have not been well cared for. 

Endless Summer was a perfect property.  Clean, upscale and a great set up for quiet days with family. Clearly among the best condo rentals in Solana and access to pools, beach and tennis were much enjoyed. We endured some record heat during our stay, but the bedrooms remained reasonable at night.

When we rent from Stubbs (which we have done several times), they service and detail to attention is excellent, fives stars plus! Can’t say enough about the staff. Thanks to Keven, Tyler, Jennifer and Gerry for excellent customer service.The Condo is in an excellent location with just a couple of stairs to get in the unit. Steps away from the garage and the stairs down to the ocean. All new appliances in the kitchen in great working order. Could use containers to store food. Loved the fireplace to warm up the condo in the mornings. Large closets in the bathrooms, which was great to store luggage and clothes. Primary bedroom was great, except the carpet needs replaced and water pressure issues with the bathroom taps. Great shower. Printer provided was great. Patio cushions on the balcony upstairs need to be replaced. Having the third shower and extra bed upstairs, is a great bonus for the family. We would definitely stay in this unit again. 

We rented 3 units to accommodate our entire family (our three kids, their spouses, and 6 grand-kids), and enjoyed the vacation of a lifetime. A lot of time at the beach, in the pools, and the many wonderful family outings--the Burch Aquarium, Balboa Park and the zoo, Legoland, etc. Dinners together, each family taking turns: Chicken Shack, Pizza Port, tacos made with delicious meats from the Cardiff Seaside market, grilled to perfection, dogs and burgers another night. Staff at Stubbs was incredibly good--kudos to Tyler, Kevin and Jennifer.

We had a great stay at our unit in Seascape Sur! The unit was ready when we arrived to check-in and was clean and well stocked with necessities. All the rooms had ceiling fans and the remote control shades worked great to help keep the unit cool. We love the complex with the ponds and lush landscaping. We were also very excited to see 2 baby turtles this year! We will definitely book this unit again.

NOTE: A contract will be sent to you outlining all the terms and conditions of the specific unit you are renting.

1) DEPOSIT: A 10% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due when the reservation is booked. Payment must be on a valid credit card, Visa and MasterCard accepted. The balance of your reservation minus the 10% deposit is required to be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. There will be no refunds for early checkouts, no-shows, pool closures, exterior construction, or inclement weather.

2)  RENT, FEES TAXES & BOOKING DEPOSIT: The balance due, which includes rent, cleaning fee, guest services fee, any applicable utility charges, booking deposit and Transient Occupancy Tax (10 - 13% of rental amount on all tenancies of 30 nights or less located within the Cities of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Diego and Solana Beach) shall be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy for all tenancies. Should you make a reservation with a check-in date 30 days or less prior to occupancy, the amount due is payable by means of a credit card or if you’re a repeat renter by cashiers check. If the renter is using a credit card for payment, renter authorizes Broker to utilize the same credit card that renter provided when making the reservation to pay for the balance due. The balance will be automatically processed 30 days prior to renter's arrival. Neither a late arrival nor an early departure will reduce the rent contracted since the property is reserved specifically for you for the dates agreed to above.

3) VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER: The Damage Waiver is a $49 fee added to your rental agreement and included in your reservation total. When reported immediately, it covers the registered guest(s) against any accidental damage to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed $2,500.00. This small fee eliminates the necessity of the traditional security deposit and gives our guests peace of mind by knowing when accidents happen, you are protected. Terms and Conditions: Coverage includes accidental damages only. Damage caused by acts of violence or malicious acts will not be covered. Damage is limited to the rental unit you are occupying under the terms of your rental agreement and does not cover any other structure. Coverage includes the interior of the unit including furnishings and other fixtures. Coverage includes limited damage to the exterior including porches. Guest's personal items such as luggage, clothing, electronics or any other items that are not a part of the rental property are EXCLUDED under this coverage. Vehicles of any kind are excluded. Damage must be reported to the office immediately for coverage to be in effect. Damage or loss caused by pets or any animal brought onto the premises is not covered. Damage plan does not cover loss of use of the property. Guest is responsible for charges over and above $2,500.00

4) CANCELLATION: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, you forfeit the 10% Non Refundable deposit and any Travel Insurance Fees. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. There will be no refunds for early checkouts, no-shows, pool closures, exterior construction, or inclement weather.
