The home was so beautifully put together ! It had everything we could’ve ever thought we needed. We went to celebrate Delilahs birthday, took our family & it was so perfect, it was so spacious! It had stuff for everyone to do and enjoy themselves! (Everyone loved the pool table, tennis rackets and kid club house)! Even had a pack and play!
The home was decorated so perfectly, and wasn’t to far from some fun things to do! The backyard was so perfect for getting together with a decent sized family, We had our dogs with us and they adored it! We enjoyed the fire pit & grill was an amazing touch! There was so much seating inside and outside ! (host had so much fire wood which is nice)! We went out, but also cooked in the kitchen was a great size with a lot of appliances, cookware and utensils!
The area was so peaceful and very safe! Overall I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking for something for a good sized family, it was exactly what we needed & catered to all of us!

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.
NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking
PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims. 
No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
