I started Ribbon Rock Maui back in 2019 when we sold our San Francisco condo and decided to invest the proceeds in paradise. We now have long-term rental projects up and running in both Pukalani and Makawao, plus a vacation rental at Grand Champions in Wailea. I first came to Maui in 1999 and have always appreciated the dramatic landscapes, its unique and storied native culture, and the nearly perfect weather. Cancellation Policy
50% of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
