Loved the open, airy feel.  The view from the balcony is even better than the photos; not an ocean view but stunning and ever-changing with the light!  Comfortable furniture and beds, and great artwork.  Kitchen is bright, spacious, user-friendly with plenty of counter space.  The portable a/c was awesome.  All the appliances worked.  It's just an easy (ha ha) walk down to the beach, which has been replenished with fresh sand. Pool, hot tub, easy walk/drive to stores and restaurants.

Great Location - Steps from the Beach.  Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Bed were comfortable along with furniture in the unit.  Could of used a dining table on the patio.  Unit had all beach accessories.  

Great property for a family! The home was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The complex was quiet and neighbors were so nice. The beach gear was in great shape. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for family meals.

This condo is an excellent place to stay. It was clean and tidy with modern furniture. Tasteful décor and a great kitchen with everything you need. The primary bedrooms are downstairs and the office upstairs has a small fold-out bed that could accommodate a single adult or two kiddos. Great pool and hot tub, easy beach access. 

Our family LOVED our stay at Hacienda Palms & we hope to be back again in the future! We loved the spaciousness, location/short walking distance to SO many places, gorgeous views on property, comfortable beds, artwork & the vibe it created, record player, master bath heater, hot tub & heated pool, and the list goes on...  Stubbs was very helpful too - professional & prompt in communication, and they even helped cart our bags (& stroller and car seat) across the street since we didn't rent a car.  I will say I would hesitate to recommend Seascape Sur for anyone who has limited mobility, as hills & stairs are required to access the condo & complex.Our favorite restaurants were The Naked Cafe, Pizza Port, Lofty Coffee, Station Sushi, and Gelato 101.  We look forward to returning again next year!

NOTE: A contract will be sent to you outlining all the terms and conditions of the specific unit you are renting.

1) DEPOSIT: A 10% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due when the reservation is booked. Payment must be on a valid credit card, Visa and MasterCard accepted. The balance of your reservation minus the 10% deposit is required to be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. There will be no refunds for early checkouts, no-shows, pool closures, exterior construction, or inclement weather.

2)  RENT, FEES TAXES & BOOKING DEPOSIT: The balance due, which includes rent, cleaning fee, guest services fee, any applicable utility charges, booking deposit and Transient Occupancy Tax (10 - 13% of rental amount on all tenancies of 30 nights or less located within the Cities of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Diego and Solana Beach) shall be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy for all tenancies. Should you make a reservation with a check-in date 30 days or less prior to occupancy, the amount due is payable by means of a credit card or if you’re a repeat renter by cashiers check. If the renter is using a credit card for payment, renter authorizes Broker to utilize the same credit card that renter provided when making the reservation to pay for the balance due. The balance will be automatically processed 30 days prior to renter's arrival. Neither a late arrival nor an early departure will reduce the rent contracted since the property is reserved specifically for you for the dates agreed to above.

3) VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER: The Damage Waiver is a $49 fee added to your rental agreement and included in your reservation total. When reported immediately, it covers the registered guest(s) against any accidental damage to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed $2,500.00. This small fee eliminates the necessity of the traditional security deposit and gives our guests peace of mind by knowing when accidents happen, you are protected. Terms and Conditions: Coverage includes accidental damages only. Damage caused by acts of violence or malicious acts will not be covered. Damage is limited to the rental unit you are occupying under the terms of your rental agreement and does not cover any other structure. Coverage includes the interior of the unit including furnishings and other fixtures. Coverage includes limited damage to the exterior including porches. Guest's personal items such as luggage, clothing, electronics or any other items that are not a part of the rental property are EXCLUDED under this coverage. Vehicles of any kind are excluded. Damage must be reported to the office immediately for coverage to be in effect. Damage or loss caused by pets or any animal brought onto the premises is not covered. Damage plan does not cover loss of use of the property. Guest is responsible for charges over and above $2,500.00

4) CANCELLATION: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, you forfeit the 10% Non Refundable deposit and any Travel Insurance Fees. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. There will be no refunds for early checkouts, no-shows, pool closures, exterior construction, or inclement weather.
