Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Policy 100% refund if canceled 60 days prior to arrival, minus adminidtrative and credit card processing fees. Cancellations 30-59 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of monies paid along with administrative and credit card processing fees. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire advanced rent.
