Cancellation of the reservation at least fifteen (15) days before the start of the stay, 100 percent (100%) is refundable. From fourteen (14) days to seven (7) days before check in date, 50 percent (50%) becomes non-refundable. Within seven (7) days of check in all guest payments are non-refundable.
