Once the maintenance crew addressed the urgent issues, we had a very pleasant stay at #52.
We have stayed at Hilton Head Cabanas many times. This was our first stay in 52. Very nice, clean , comfortable place. Pool was refreshing. Beach is just steps away. Weather was perfect. Kitchen was stocked well. Plenty of linens. Comfortable beds. Quick to respond with questions. We will be back!

great location with very friendly neighbors, like a community. get togethers every other week at the pool area. easy to get to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Was great for a week or two, a bit cramped since we stayed a month. we got a great feel for Hilton Head and have already booked a place for next year.

This unit was an excellent place to call home for a week on the island. Its close proximity to Coligny and the beach made walking a breeze. There was plenty of room in the condo and appreciated the ample number of beds. The only thing missing was a propane grill.
The villa was perfect for us. It was clean,stocked well and spacious. It was about a block to the beach access and was very easy walking. The furniture was comfortable,appreciated the full size appliances in the kitchen.Also the washer and dryer worked great.we would definitely stay here again. The check in process was easy and very friendly staff....

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
