The house was bigger then expected, located in a quiet area, just 15 min from Rockport Beach which is a mellow family/kid friendly beach to hang out at if you just want to sit in the ankle to waist high shallow water and enjoy the sun. Had the best time. House was fully stocked with all kitchen and bathroom needs. The box fans for each room was an added bonus we loved. Water hose out front was great too for rinsing off our fishing poles. I will definitely be back!
