This property was ideal for 3 couples. It was bright and modern. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great for multiple cooks. Great views from the balcony. Quiet.

801 Penhouse is very comfortable for 6 guests with a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach. There are cabana chairs available down by the pier wtihin walking distance. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION - All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival for a monthly rental, is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property.
