You have 2 lovely living rooms:

1 Loft living room
1 Family fun living room with all kinds of board games.

The first at the front door with a couch and with board games, a shelf and guitar and in home plants. The fireplace is closed.

The first 2 bedrooms and the kitchen are accessible from this living room.

The second is the loft entertainment center featuring a  wall mounted TV and stereo system.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms 

Bedrooms 1 & 2: Found on the left side upon entering through the front door.

Bedroom 3: On the 2nd floor, featuring a King size bed, jacuzzi, walk in shower, toilet and bidet in the bathroom.

Office:

Dual screen setup for plug and play both Mac and PC laptops, comfortable seating. Perfect for business and if you work from home. 

Enjoy 1GB of speed and a wifi mesh amplifier right inside the office.

Finished basement:

- Projector theater setup at the wall 2 seat Karlstad couch and 2 recliner seats, 
- Popcorn machine
- Washer and dryer with detergent, bleach, and other cleaning supplies

TV: 

Each bedroom has a Roku TV.

Be advised that the hot tub, although fully functioning, may struggle to reach its maximum temperature during winter or cold and low temperatures.

The living room fireplace is inoperable, for decoration only.

We provide 2 bathrobes with your booking.

Our host was extremely responsive. House was just what we needed.

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely go back!

This house was incredible. I have never had a more fully stocked kitchen in an airbnb. We loved the views and the hammock. Our only issue was that the hot tub wasn't warm enough the majority of the time that we were there.

The house is absolutely wonderful and the views are amazing. We loved staying here. Ulrich is a great host very responsive and informative. We had everything we needed and more. I would definitely love to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful home. It was peaceful with beautiful views.  The house was clean and full of charm. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely be booking again.

14 Kenneth Road Rental Agreement 
These are terms and conditions for the booking agreement between you and Bestay Ventures LLC (BV), a sister company to Ulrich Estates. 
You will be renting the property at 14 Kenneth Rd, Marblehead MA 01945. 
You understand and agree with the terms of this agreement:
At the time of rental, you may be given the option to purchase an additional insurance policy to skip adding your payment method as collateral.
By default we will ask for a card on file for a security deposit. Your payment method will act as collateral for any losses or damages to the property (including its contents)
Bicycle Rental Agreement - Waiver and Release of Liability
Assumption of Risk: I understand and accept that using any bicycle on the property exposes me to many hazards and entails unavoidable risk of death, personal injury (including but not limited to severe spinal or head injury) and loss of or damage to property. If I or anyone in my party so choose to use the bicycles in spite of these risks, they hereby assume all risk of injury or loss of life to myself and loss of or damage to property arising out of using the bicycles. I understand the inherent risk involved in using this equipment; accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result.
Waiver and Release: In consideration of Bestay Ventures LLC (BV) making these bicycles available, I specifically release and forever discharge BV from any and all liability or claims for injury, illness, death or loss of or damage to property which I may suffer while using this bicycle. This discharge specifically includes, but is not limited to, liability or claims for injury, illness, death or damage caused by the negligence of BV and its agents, or employees. 
In signing this document, I fully recognize that if injury, illness, death or damage occurs to me while I am engaged in using any bicycle, I will have no right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against BV or its officers, agents or employees, even if they or any of them negligently cause my injury, illness, death or damage.
I agree that if damage occurs as a result of my usage, I will be charged the fee of fixing or replacing the item. I understand that I may have the option to purchase an additional insurance policy that would cover the entire cost of the damages.
I hereby commit to wearing a helmet at all times while riding the bicycle. Initial:________ I understand that this activity may result in severe injury, including but not limited to spinal or head injury.

I agree that all usage is at my own volition. I am of sober mind and fully cognizant and in good health to be using the hot tub. If I or anyone in my party including my guests, disclosed and undisclosed visitors, choose to use the hot tub we assume all of the risks of injury and loss, even those risks that may not be mentioned in this document. I understand the inherent risk involved in using this equipment; accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result.
