Cancellations of reservations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of total amount paid less a cancellation fee of 25%. Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will be refunded; under the same conditions as above, but only if the property is re-booked for the term.
