Welcome to our cozy home on Wilmington Island! This beautifully updated property features a split-bedroom floor plan with two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the main floor, while the master suite is privately located upstairs for added comfort.
At the heart of the home is an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen — perfect for gathering with family and friends. The home boasts renovated kitchen and bathrooms, along with new flooring throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and brand-new siding.
Step out from the dining area onto a spacious back deck, ideal for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying the large, fenced backyard. Regarding parking: Three cars in driveway and one car in street directly in front of house. (4 cars total)

Before booking this property guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. 

Early check-in requires preparing the property ahead of schedule, which involves additional effort. Our cleaning and maintenance team prioritizes early check-ins to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your arrival before the standard time. 
Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.


NO parties or events
Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed-upon number is not allowed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home.
Locals must contact the host before booking. Failure to disclose that you are a local may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms	

Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.	

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile.	

Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay.	
	

Please don't move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee.
We only provide one set of towels per person.
We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and hand soap), etc., If you run out of them, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
