Pool maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday during regular working hours.
Note: If Tuesday falls on a public holiday, the service will take place on Wednesday instead.
Hot tub maintenance is carried out on Fridays or Sundays, also during working hours. Please be aware that maintenance staff may access the property during these times. If you have any concerns or need to coordinate anything, feel free to contact us.

Before booking this property, guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM

NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will be charged
A pet fee of $83 will be charged ONLY IF you bring pet(s). This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc. are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Additionally, please note that: Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms, or on the beds.
We kindly ask that you take appropriate measures to ensure your pets are safe and do not cause any disturbances or damage when left alone in the property (such as crating them or keeping them in a designated area).
Early check-in requires preparing the property ahead of schedule, which involves additional effort. Our cleaning and maintenance team prioritizes early check-ins to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your arrival before the standard time. Early check-in is available for a fee of $47 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

The pool is not supervised. Guests are responsible for their own safety. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool area can be slippery. Please avoid running or jumping to prevent accidents. Shower Before Entering – Rinse off to keep the pool clean and free from lotions, oils, and dirt. No Glass or Breakable Items – Use only plastic or non-breakable containers around the pool. Report Any Issues Immediately – If the pool is dirty or if there are safety concerns, notify the host right away. Host is Not Responsible for Injuries – By using the pool, guests acknowledge they assume all risks. Enjoy and stay safe!

Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older and a completed profile.
Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay.

Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them.
We provide one set of bath towels and washcloths per person plus a starter pack of laundry pods in case you would like to wash them during your stay.
We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) If needed, additional items can be purchased by the guests at a nearby supermarket or convenience store.
Usage of the hot tub is at your own risk
