Steps to the water park, ice rink, tram, restaurants, and bars. Enjoy an upscale two story, 3 bed, 2 bath family-friendly luxury condo with a private back deck & small yard. You do not have to use your car at all. Quiet corner unit with no one above or below you.  Each guest will be given a unique door code prior to check-in. 

Kitchen and linens are very well stocked. Well-behaved dogs welcomed. (4) A/C units throughout the home in the Summer months to keep you cool & a propane fire place & separate thermostats in each bedroom to keep you warm in the winter months. 

Brand new on-demand hot water heater provides unlimited hot showers after a day on the mountain. Enjoy the cozy propane fireplace, arcade games, board games, ski books, and more on those cold snowy nights.

3 bed / 2 bath. First floor bedroom with 1 queen bed and a set of twin over twin bunkbeds. 1st floor has a 3/4 bath. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms & a full bath. 1 bedroom has a king bed with a work space and the other bedroom has a queen bed with twin over twin bunkbeds.

Guest have access to the entire condo.

We had such a wonderful stay at Steve and Jenna’s. The condo is super clean, very comfortable, spacious, fully equipped, and in an ideal location! We felt right at home and look forward to our next stay. It was perfect!

Had a wonderful stay here! Awesome location right next to the lifts at jay peak. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and open. Lovely kitchen and bathrooms as well. I was surprised with how comfortable the pull out couch and beds were! Highly recommend for ski trips with family and friends!

The location of this condo can't be beat! The hosts were very responsive and the place was spotless and comfortable.

PHOTO ID: Guest shall upload photo of state issued photo identification to Host's secure booking website to verify identity prior to reservation acceptance.

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). Guest will be given a unique door code the morning of check-in that will be good for the length of the stay. Guest acknowledges that this agreement is solely for the temporary/transient use of the described property as a short-term vacation rental and that no interest in real estate or long-term rental contract is being conveyed. Guest agrees to adhere to the occupancy listed and all rules stated above and not to use or permit the property to be used for any improper, immoral or unlawful purpose. Failure to adhere to any part of this agreement shall result in immediate removal of Guests from the property. Guest may be charged up to one (1) additional night rental for violation of a timely departure for each 12-hour period that occurs after check-out time listed above.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
BOOKING FEE, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY:
<ul>
<li>The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process. All payments are non-refundable.</li>
<li>No refunds will be issued for early check-outs. Any requests to modify an existing reservation must be made in writing and approval is subject to Oasis Rental Services’ sole discretion. If remaining balances owed for rental are not paid when due, as outlined in this agreement, the reservation will be cancelled in its entirety and any prior deposits paid will be forfeited.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Guest acknowledges that construction and public and/or private events may be ongoing at adjoining or nearby properties. Neither Oasis Rental Services nor the Property Owner is responsible for any objectionable noise or activity. No refunds will be given for such occurrences. Under no circumstances will Guest receive a reduction in nightly rate or be relocated for any equipment or amenity failure.</li>
<li>If the property becomes uninhabitable or otherwise unavailable, by no fault of the Guest, a refund will be issued for any remaining nights in the rental period. Refunded rental payments will be the Guest’s sole remedy against non-performance of this agreement and in no case will the Property Owner or Oasis Rental Services be liable for an amount in excess of the total amount paid by Guest to rent the property.</li>
</ul>

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A pre-authorization hold of $500 will be placed on the credit card used to book the reservation during the stay. Any damage to premises will be charged to the credit card on file. Remaining pre-authorization funds held will be released back to guests credit card within 7 days of check-out following post departure inspection.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host without refund to the Guest.

PETS. Pets are not permitted on the property unless specifically provided in this agreement as allowed. The term "pets" refers to dogs only. No other animals are allowed at the property at any time. The total number of well-behaved dogs allowed on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be {{listing_number_of_dogs_allowed}}. If more than the allowed number of dogs listed above or any other pets are found on the Premises, this is grounds for immediate eviction without refund to Guest, additional deep cleaning fees and claims for future lost income. This includes, but is not limited to, the relocation of future guests, extensive carpet and upholstery cleaning and restoration of property and contents to a satisfactory level as determined solely by Oasis Rental Services.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. If Guest is found to have smoked on the premises, this is grounds for immediate eviction without refund to Guest, additional deep cleaning fees and claims for future lost income. This includes, but is not limited to, the relocation of future guests, extensive carpet and upholstery cleaning and restoration of property and contents to a satisfactory level as determined solely by Oasis Rental Services.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT OF PREMISES. Please be respectful of the property &amp; neighbors at all times. The neighbors are full-time residents &amp; do not rent their home to vacationers so please be respectful. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. Guests are expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement without refund to Guest.
&nbsp;
EVENT POLICY AND USE OF PREMISES. Events on the Premises (including commercial photography and videography) are strictly prohibited. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refunds issued.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;
GRILLING: Grilling is not allowed on decks, porches, or close to the property.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
PARKING: Posted parking rules must be adhered to and any vehicles and/or trailers in violation of such rules are subject to being ticketed and/or towed at Guest’s sole expense.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
TRASH. Guest shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term in accordance with posted instructions at the property.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
UTILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Guest agrees to act reasonably to avoid excessive use of all utilities at the property during stay.</li>
<li>Guest shall be liable for any misuse of any plumbing fixture or equipment including disposal of rubbish or garbage that damages any fixture or clogs any pipe or septic system. Please be aware that many properties are on septic systems and Guests should be careful not to flush any feminine products or any other non-waste products down any toilet and to be careful to not flush excessive amounts of toilet paper. Any clogged toilets or plumbing expenses, found to be the result of the above, will be charged to the Guest.</li>
<li>Guests are prohibited from using Internet access for any purpose that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, misleading, torturous, profane, infringing, damaging, or in any manner that could give rise to civil or criminal liability under the law. Guest understands that Internet use can be intermittent and slow at times. No refund will be given for Internet problems.</li>
<li>Please turn the heat down to 60 when you leave if you are renting during the colder months; and A/C is off in the warmer months upon check-out.</li>

CONDITION OF PREMISES: Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. Guest agrees to leave Premises in neat and orderly condition as it was found at time of check-in. Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. Rearranging of furniture, electronic components, and/or cables is not permitted and will result in a minimum $100.00 fee to restore property to original configuration. Guest agrees to notify Oasis Rental Services, in writing, of any pre-existing damages upon arrival or accidents that occur to the property during the rental period. Any damages caused by Guest or excessive cleaning fees not covered by the refundable damage deposit or a supplemental Damage Protection plan purchased by the guest at time of booking will be charged back to Guest.
&nbsp;
SUBLETTING. Guest shall not assign this agreement or sublet the property in whole or part.
&nbsp;
INSPECTION. Property Owner and Oasis Rental Services retain the right to enter the property without prior notice at any time during a Guest’s stay for purposes of inspecting, maintaining or repairing property or to comply with notice given by regulatory agencies as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law without refund to Guest. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
&nbsp;
LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired. Guest hereby waives any and all legal rights against the Property Owner and Oasis Rental Services and their employees, contractors or affiliates, for any injuries or damages that may occur during the term of this Agreement. Further, Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Property Owner and Oasis Rental Services harmless from any loss or damage suffered by Guest or by any person or property that occurs at the premises, in any common area, or in any body of water. Guest acknowledges if water is located on or near property that there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Guest acknowledges that any use of any body of water or dock to swim, boat, or any other use is done strictly AT THEIR OWN RISK. Guests MUST supervise all children near water and near any dock at all times. Property Owner and Oasis Rental Services make no representation as to the safety or suitability of any non-motorized watercraft, flotation devices, or docks available at the property for Guest use and any use of these items is STRICTLY AT THE GUESTS’ OWN RISK. Any non-motorized watercraft, flotation devices, or docks are strictly an amenity, and the use and availability of these amenities is not guaranteed under this Agreement. Any unavailability of these amenities will not result in any refunds or reductions of any nightly rate.

POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are stored on the Premises during the stay or left on the Premises after check-out are not the responsibility of the Host.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
ATTORNEY’S FEES. In the event that the Property Owner or Oasis Rental Services engages an attorney to enforce the terms of the agreement or to seek to recover possession or damages, then Guest shall pay the Property Owner and/or Oasis Rental Services the reasonable attorneys' fee and expenses incurred and all costs.
&nbsp;
SEVERABILITY AND ENFORCEABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement, or the application thereof, shall for any reason and to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the entire Agreement shall not fail on account thereof, but otherwise shall remain in full force and effect.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.&nbsp;
