Spacious comfort at Kaanapali Beach Club! Relax by the pool with lush landscapes & calming waterfalls to enjoy, or sip your morning coffee at the open-air café. With an on-site restaurant & convenience store, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your Maui vacation. Enjoy views from your private balcony with plenty of room for the family to spread out; rooms feature full-sized refrigerators and oversized bathtubs with separate showers.

Enjoy comfort in our beautifully appointed accommodations featuring a king or queen size bed, sofa bed and full bathroom complete with garden bath and walk-in shower. Enjoy the convenience of the partial kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker among many other modern appliances. Additional in-room amenities include internet, cable television, DVD/Blu-ray player, telephone and a balcony/lanai.

Ka'anapali Beach is a well loved beach by all that travel here. The beautiful calm water makes Ka’anapali a great location for snorkeling, swimming and scuba diving! 

Respectful travel to any of the Hawaiian Islands, including the accessible areas of Maui, is welcomed and encouraged, now more than ever. On October 8th. West Maui accommodations will begin to reopen to visitors again with the exception of Lahaina. Your visit will support Hawaii's businesses and workers that rely on tourism for their families’ livelihood, especially when you are mindful in the following ways:
Visit with aloha and compassion.

Consider participating in unique volunteer opportunities throughout the islands.
Learn about the historical and cultural significance of Lahaina but stay away from the area as a means of respect for the people and places that have been lost during this devastating tragedy. 

Easy access from the resort to the beach area, a vehicle is needed to get to other beach areas and area attractions.

Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ -  Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.

Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

General Terms:

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.
Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.
The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.
The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.
Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.
Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.

Truly amazing experience!! The place was incredible - beautiful luxe condo at the most amazing resort in Maui. My host made my stay even more fabulous with instant and thorough communication during the entire stay. They made check in a breeze and were there for anything I needed. They make you feel like family and are soo friendly! This was by far my favorite air bnb I've stayed in and I highly recommend for anyone in the future. I will definitely be booking with them for my next trip. 11 out if 10!!

This accommodation has everything you need. While the resort itself could use some freshening up, the rooms are roomy and clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, the pool and hot tubs are perfect, and the staff are all so friendly. It was an easy stay that was perfect for my family of four. We’ll stay here again, no doubt!

Our host was perfect! This room was larger than expected, it was in a great location with the beach, shops, and restaurants and one of the better pools and views from the room than many others in that area. We loved it, would definitely choose this place again.

We loved our stay! The ocean views were incredible from the balcony and the suite was spacious. The resort has a great pool and hot tub area in front of the beach where you can occasionally spot whales (in season) and rainbows. Parking garage was convenient. The staff were very helpful. The location was good, close to good beaches and Lahaina town. We would stay again. Thank you!

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests.

If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.

Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.
&nbsp;

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
&nbsp;
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
&nbsp;
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
&nbsp;
HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
&nbsp;
ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
