Kihei Beach #204 is a one-bedroom/two-bath condo located on the 2nd floor, offering a beachfront experience on the stunning Sugar Beach in North Kihei, Maui. The condo features beautiful tile flooring throughout, an impressive granite & stainless-steel full kitchen, and central A/C. The bedroom boasts an en-suite full bathroom (recently remodeled) and a king bed, while a second bathroom (recently remodeled) with a walk-in shower and a sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. 

The resort itself is nestled in a quiet and safe community, providing a low-key local vibe that ensures an authentic experience. Centrally located in North Kihei, it offers easy access to various attractions and adventures on the island. Guests can enjoy the almost empty 3-mile stretch of white-sand shoreline, relax by the pool, or take in the panoramic coastline views.

Additionally, the resort's proximity to local amenities such as a farmer’s market, shave ice store, and convenience store adds to the convenience of the location. Guests can also partake in unique experiences such as watching the Kihei Canoe Club's practices or races. The Kihei Canoe Club is next door to the resort. Watching the canoes during practices or races is a cool diversion most other resorts can’t offer. On Tuesdays & Thursdays, they offer visitors an opportunity to paddle out with them ($40 donation) so worth it!

Experience the tranquility of our oceanfront condo, where stunning views and a well-appointed living space create an ideal retreat for relaxation and outdoor adventures. With a prime location next to local markets and restaurants, guests enjoy a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring memorable moments in beautiful Kihei.

Have stayed in this property 3 times before. Upgrades to dining area lighting and remodel of bathrooms were great. Also shutters in bedroom provided necessary privacy. Only disappointments were that The bathroom fans were not working so mirrors were useless after showering.(were told owner didn't want to hook them up until later. "Very involved after remodel".) Not acceptable since we were paying full price for all functions to be working. Refrigerator filter was expired and water tasted unhealthy. Management replaced filter promptly and provided temporary water. Very pleased with management. Would recommend a chair in the laundry room. Overall couldn't think of a better unit for views and convenience. Went to Mamas of course. Always a special experience.Found Walmart and Costco to be most inexpensive shopping and cooked most meals at the resort. Such a perfect location so saved eating out. 

Kihei Beach Resort does not disappoint. This was one of the best units we have stayed in.

We had a great stay for a week in condo #204 at Kihei Beach Resort.  An amazing view, being located on the oceanfront, and a perfect location for our long beach walks and swimming each day.  The condo was clean and comfortable, with a newly remodelled kitchen. It had everything we needed for a carefree stay. Located on Sugar Beach, we walked across the road for the best shave ice, wonderful bakery and farmers market, as well as a general market.  It is close to Kihei and centrally located for trips to other beaches south and in the Kaanapali area.  The grounds are well maintained and the pool is so nice to have on the property.  We'll be back, for sure!

We had a great time in this unit.  The view off the lanai is amazing - we really enjoyed spending our mornings watching the whales. The location is great - we had breakfast from the Sugar Beach Bake Shop, right across the street every morning and that was a highlight.  We had one issue with a broken handle on the sliding door and it got fixed right away with no hassle for us whatsoever.  It was a great time in this unit. 

DESTINATION MAUI VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

Booking Rules:
•A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.  
•As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur. 
•If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible misunderstandings.

Supplies:
•Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.  
•You are not obligated to re-stock the unit with any used items from your starter kit.  
•Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. 
•For condos without in-unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities on the 3rd and 5th floors to wash these items as needed.

Deposits/Cancellation 
•To confirm your stay, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1.$39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2.$3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7-10 business days after departure) 
•Your initial deposit will act as your cancellation fee if you should cancel before your final payment.  Your final payment will act as your cancellation fee if you should cancel after your final payment. Your final payment is due 60 days (two months) prior to your arrival date.
•We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection.  If you are interested, please enquire with us before your final payment is due.
•If a cancellation is made prior or post your final payment, we will do our best to re-book the dates lost.  If we are able, we will issue a credit back to you for each day re-booked, minus a $100 cancellation fee. 

Garage Door Openers (lower level):
•$20.00 Refundable Cash Deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out.
Smoking:
•All units are Non-Smoking.  A designated smoking area are available on property.
•Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $500.  
•Smoking/vaping/medical cannabis are strictly prohibited on the property except in designated smoking areas.    
Check In/Out:
•Check-In time is after 4:00 PM HST. Check-Out time is before 10:00 AM HST.
•Please remember to check in with front office during business hours.

Early Check In/Late Check Out:
•Due to strict COVID-19 cleaning and sanitation guidelines, we are not able to accommodate these requests. We recommend booking an additional night. Please contact Destination Maui Vacation at in advance for availability and rate.
