Your home away from home

This 2 Br villa is located at West Hyde Park in Kingston Resort.  It's on the 1st floor with no stairs. The main bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds.  There is a sofa pull out in the living room.  The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen.  It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean.  West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort.  It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Experience a delightful stay in a spacious and impeccably clean condo that offers stunning ocean views and is just a short stroll to the beach. Unit features close, convenient parking and access to sidewalks throughout the property.  A 5-minute walk from the beach or fitness center.  Resort is minutes away from the intersection of highways 22 and 17.  Many popular retail stores and restaurants nearby.  This unit has 3 modern flat screen ROKU TV's with single remote functionality.

The property is clean and very good for family vacation. I and my wife spend four mounts on that property and do not have any complains.

Our stay at Kingston Villa was everything we hoped it would be. It was close to the beach, friendly and helpful staff, and our place was really clean.  We will stay there again.

My family stayed in the condo for 1 week in August 2021.  The unit was very clean and spacious.  I have 2 children who each had a queen bed and my wife and I had a king in the other bedroom.  The dining room was large enough where we ate breakfast each day.  We brought some cooking supplies with us (pans/tools) and used the provided dishes and utensils.  The unit does have full cooking gear, but my wife opted to use some of her pans as she was particular about them.  The stove is electric, so if you are not familiar with cooking on electric get some info on it.  We ate out lunch and dinner each day.  The kids said the beds were comfortable and my wife liked the king bed.  I didn't sleep well as I felt the bed was too soft, but that may just be my personal preference.   The bathrooms were large and convenient.  My daughter is disabled and needed assistance and there was plenty of room for that.  The deck was very clean and we used it daily to sit outside late in the day before heading out.  The deck gets sun all day long.  Air conditioning in the unit worked very well.  The unit is on the 3rd floor of the building.  The building has 24 floors and 3 elevators.  It is a very busy building.  When not transporting my daughter in the wheelchair we opted for the stairs since waiting for the elevator most of the time was a line or a full car and had to wait for another one.  The building itself is very clean.  The pool is small, but we never used it.  We went to the beach each day.  The Hilton next door has a bar and serves food so that made some lunches convenient (we also made sandwiches and salads to save money on food).  There is a 5 story parking garage that is mostly full in peak times.  About 20 handicap parking spots on the first level, oversized parking in the back of the building if you have a giant car.  My Tahoe fit in the garage.  There were about 6-8 luggage carts, but with 24 floors and 10-12 units per floor and a busy season there were hard to come by.  People at the resort were very friendly and mature.  Many people there live there year round.  It is not a party location with trashy people (at least not the week we were there).  The Hilton next door shares some common areas so you will see a lot of people.  The Hilton also sets up a row of umbrellas and chairs that cut the beach in half and make walking to the ocean a challenge unless you sit near the lifeguard.  Speaking of lifeguard, they are there, but just go through the motions.  In the week we were there she spent half the day not on the stand and the other half not doing anything (including watching the swimmers).  Watch your young ones if you go there.  The beach is relatively flat and the ocean was mostly calm (no storms at sea until the end of the week).  Overall, a nice place to stay for a family, couples may want something a little quieter or romantic.

We had the best vacation yet!!! This condo was the best yet out of our 17 years of coming to Myrtle Beach!!! The condo was the nicest we’ve been at yet. The area is perfect for all your needs and more. We used the swimming pools daily. They are absolutely beautiful. The waitress from the on-site restaurant is right there at the pools for any drinks or food. The walk to the beach is right there so it was really nice!!!  The balcony to the condo was the biggest I’ve seen yet! Having a Starbucks in the lobby was a major bonus. The owner is there to answer any questions and to help with any of your needs. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s great for children also which was a big bonus. All in all we didn’t want to come back home after this trip it was the best yet.
