Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this beautifully appointed condo, ideally located just a short walk from a serene beach and numerous dining options. With spacious accommodations, a well-equipped kitchen, and attentive management, guests can truly relax and enjoy their Maui getaway.

Loved the location in Kihei - about halfway between anything we wanted to do.  Short walk across the street to a quiet beach, property was easily accessible and quiet.  Fabulous vacation!

Everything about the place was as advertised.  It was nice to have individual split units in each room to cool the rooms quicker.  The kitchen was well stocked.  I would definitely stay here again.

We’re always looking for rentals in Kihei, our favorite place on Maui.  This unit was spacious and well appointed for our 6-person group.  Great kitchen, big island for eating, clean bathrooms, and very convenient location.

It was a nice place to stay in Maui and we enjoyed it. 

This stay was exactly what it was described as!  Lovely condo, great location, kitchen was well stocked with cooking options! (There's even an air fryer!). We really appreciated that since we cooked all but 3 meals of our five day stay!  Managers were quick to respond when we had a little issue! Lovely stay! Would absolutely  stay again!  The only con I can think of was that there was only 5 forks and six of us stayed there. ~. I'll take it it over any other problem to have!  Mahalo! 

DESTINATION MAUI VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

Booking Rules:
•A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.  
•As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur. 
•If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible misunderstandings.

Supplies:
•Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.  
•You are not obligated to re-stock the unit with any used items from your starter kit.  
•Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. 
•For condos without in-unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities on the 3rd and 5th floors to wash these items as needed.

Deposits/Cancellation 
•To confirm your stay, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1.$39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2.$3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7-10 business days after departure) 
•Your initial deposit will act as your cancellation fee if you should cancel before your final payment.  Your final payment will act as your cancellation fee if you should cancel after your final payment. Your final payment is due 60 days (two months) prior to your arrival date.
•We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection.  If you are interested, please enquire with us before your final payment is due.
•If a cancellation is made prior or post your final payment, we will do our best to re-book the dates lost.  If we are able, we will issue a credit back to you for each day re-booked, minus a $100 cancellation fee. 

Garage Door Openers (lower level):
•$20.00 Refundable Cash Deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out.
Smoking:
•All units are Non-Smoking.  A designated smoking area are available on property.
•Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $500.  
•Smoking/vaping/medical cannabis are strictly prohibited on the property except in designated smoking areas.    
Check In/Out:
•Check-In time is after 4:00 PM HST. Check-Out time is before 10:00 AM HST.
•Please remember to check in with front office during business hours.

Early Check In/Late Check Out:
•Due to strict COVID-19 cleaning and sanitation guidelines, we are not able to accommodate these requests. We recommend booking an additional night. Please contact Destination Maui Vacation at in advance for availability and rate.
