The carriage house has its own private entrance off the driveway. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway for the main house and 1 spot for the carriage house. There is also one additional parking spot in the front yard for the main house.

Please be aware that the home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors which also includes stocking it with fish. For that reason taking fish out of the lake is not allowed.

Before booking this property guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM

This property has a main house with 3 bedrooms + a carriage house with one bed and a futon. The main house and the carriage house can be rented separately or together. The driveways and parking is shared between both
Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home
Locals must contact host prior to booking
Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms.
Early check ins or late departures without prior approval not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile.
Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay.
For awareness: There is 1 security camera in the driveway and 1 video doorbell at the front door. It is motion detection and for security purposes.
Do not to move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them.
We provide one set of bath towels and washcloth per person plus a starter pack of laundry pods in case you would like to wash them during your stay.
We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap etc.) If needed, additional items can be purchased by the guests at a nearby supermarket or convenience  store.
