We did a cousins reunion here and it was great for us. The house definitely feels newly renovated and very nice. We had plenty of community space with the living room/dining plus the deck. This is a great house for multiple families. There were twelve of us ( including two toddlers ) for the week and it never felt cramped or crowded. We brought our boat so the dock was super convenient. The back porch was great for letting the kids play. We will definitely be back.
