Hi! My name is Monica & I'm wife to my soulmate, Greg, & mom to two beautiful girls. We fell in love with Blue Ridge when I surprised Greg for a birthday trip in the mountains a few years ago & are now proud owners of Lakeview Heights. We are not a large property management company & our attention to details show. Our goal is make our home feel like yours--even if it's only for a brief stay!

Cancellation Policy
In regards to cancellation, the guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to arrival, and no refunds within 7 days prior to arrival. If no payment has been received within 24 hours of booking or if a failed payment request was received, we have the right to cancel the reservation.
