Sleeping arrangements
The home offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two levels. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and an adjacent room with a full-size sofa-sleeper. A second bedroom includes a queen sofa-sleeper, and there is an additional bathroom with a stand-up shower and double vanity. Upstairs, another primary bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and large closet. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen and a twin bed. A shared bathroom upstairs includes a tub/shower combination with a double vanity.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is a hub for relaxation and play. Enjoy the optional heated pool and hot tub, or gather around the fire pit in the evening. A large covered patio with outdoor dining, comfortable seating, and a BBQ grill makes it easy to spend full days outside. The fully fenced yard also includes a putting green and space for games, with outdoor furniture and 24-hour access to the pool and hot tub.

Kitchen & dining
Cook and share meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a stainless steel electric stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and a full set of cookware and dinnerware. Essentials like oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with barbecue utensils and wine glasses. The house was perfect for us to celebrate our friend’s birthday.Great amenities,great gist,highly recommend.

Great place! Spacious home with ample room for a large group to enjoy games, cook meals, and hang out by the pool. Plenty of room for individuals to spread out. Peaceful location, easy to access the home. Be aware that they don't send access info till the moment of check-in, which can leave you wondering if they'll send it on time or whether you'll be stuck in the driveway waiting to get a hold of someone.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for 8 of us.

Comfy beds, lots of space and fun amenities!

The pool table and football table were super fun for the group. We spent the weekend here while going to Mariners spring training. The house was about 25 minutes to Peoria and another 25 to the airport, so kind of in the middle (easy to get to). 

Pool was heated, outdoor TV was a great thing to have as well. Pack & play was provided and communication was easy and fast.

Exceptional property!  Kitchen has everything you need to make meals.  Very clean!  Highly recommend this location.  Close to shopping, restaurants and golf courses.  Look forward to booking it the next time we are in Scottsdale.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental AND Pool Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:
Guest: {{guest_name}} (“Guest”), and
Host: {{host_name}} (“Host”).
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests.
If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement:
Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.
SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.
INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
GUEST RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE AGREEMENT - IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. IT EFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.&nbsp;
J &amp; E Property, LLC d/b/a Bon Voyage and (hereafter collectively “BV”) manages AirBnB listings and their facilities for the property owner (“Owner”). This Guest Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity, and Covenant Not to Sue Agreement (“Waiver”) is a legally binding express statement of assumption of risk and a release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement.&nbsp;
Please read this Waiver in its entirety prior to accepting its terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the Facility. Where an explicit signature is not provided, your payment for and use of the Facilities constitutes your agreement to the terms provided herein.&nbsp;
By accepting this Waiver, you (“Guest”) represent and warrant that you are over 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Waiver.
In consideration of the payment to use the facilities rented by BV through AirBnB or any other utilized booking service (collectively, the “Facilities”), I agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Pool or Spa Usage and Activities. Pool or Spa usage and activities means any and all activities conducted within or around the pool or spa found at the Facilities.&nbsp;
2. Assumption of Risk. I am aware that utilizing the pool or spa (including but not limited to the water slides, ladders, areas surrounding the pool, any utilities or amenities of the spa or pool) is an inherently dangerous activity and carries certain substantial risks of physical injury, death, or property damage including, but not limited to:
Drowning and problems related to near drowning or submersion;
Collisions within or surrounding the pool or spa;
Slip and falls from wet or slick surfaces;
Limb and bodily injuries, including fractures, breaks or punctures;
Head or neck injuries resulting from diving or other similar actions;
Partial or total paralysis;
Heart attack or stroke;
Injuries from cleaning solvents and other chemicals;
Insect bites and bee stings;
Illness or injury from contaminated water;
Weather related injuries (including but not limited to lightning strikes);
Equipment malfunction, failure or lack of safety equipment; or
Injuries, problems, or hazards related to the consumption of alcohol or drugs.
Hypothermia, burns, and other water temperature-related risks
Collapse of the pool/spa cover when walked, stood, or sat on.
I EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE POOL OR SPA LOCATED ON THE FACILITIES. I understand that Owner &amp; BV is not responsible for supervision upon the premises, and NO LIFEGUARD SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED. No Owner, or BV managers, agents, employees, or representatives can guarantee Guest or Minor Guest safety.&nbsp;
Not all Facilities are fenced in. Watch your children around the pool and spa! If the pool or spa has a cover, do not sit, stand, walk on, or put weight on the cover, as it may collapse or cause injury.
3. Personal Liability. I acknowledge, represent, and warrant that: (a) I have no physical limitations, conditions, or disabilities of any kind whatsoever that would inhibit me from pool or spa usage and activities; and (b) I shall not participate in pool or spa usage under the influence of alcohol or any drugs. If I am taking prescribed medication, I acknowledge, represent, and warrant that I have seen a physician and have that physician’s approval to use the Facilities while under the influence of such medication. If I believe pool or spa usage or activities are unsafe or that I am unable to continue pool or spa usage or activities for any reason, I will immediately discontinue participation in the pool or spa usage or activities.
4. Waiver and Release. IN CONSIDERATION FOR BEING ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN POOL OR SPA USAGE OR ACTIVITIES, I AGREE TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST AND TO HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE: the Owner, BV, and all of BV’s affiliated companies and subsidiaries, agents, employees, representatives, officers, directors and shareholders (each a “Released Party/ies”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AND OR CLAIMS for injury or death to persons or damage to property arising from participation in pool or spa usage or activities, INCLUDING THOSE LOSSES, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY RELEASED PARTY’S ALLEGED OR ACTUAL PASSIVE OR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE (including the failure to take reasonable steps to protect against the risks of the pool or spa usage or activities) OR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. I intend this release to apply to claims for damages of any and all kinds, including without limitation personal, bodily, or mental injury, death, economic loss, or property damage to me, my spouse, Minor Guest, or relative. I hereby agree NOT TO SUE OR INSTITUTE ANY CLAIM against the Released Party in connection with my use of the Facilities or any matters released or rights waived in this Waiver.
5. Indemnification. I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party from any and all claims, and any and all costs, losses, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred, brought, or threatened against the Released Parties in connection with my, and my guests, invitees, agents’ use of the Facilities.
6. Severability. I understand and agree that this Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Arizona. I agree that if any clause or provision of this Waiver shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Waiver, which shall continue to be enforceable and the parties specifically direct any such Court to amend or revise this Waiver so that the intention of the parties to eliminate or reduce the liability of the Released Parties is realized to the fullest extent legally permissible.
7. Insurance. I understand that the Released Parties do not carry or maintain health, medical, or disability insurance coverage for me. I hereby affirm that I carry and maintain medical insurance for my own benefit, or otherwise agree to arrange for payment of my own medical expenses and/or disabilities.
8. Entire Agreement. I acknowledge that I am not relying upon any oral or written representations regarding the substance of this Waiver by BV or the Owner other than what is set forth in this Waiver. This Waiver is a complete integration of the essential terms of the Waiver. It supersedes all prior understanding and agreements, written or oral, concerning the Parties relationship.
9. Jurisdiction. I agree that this Waiver shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any action at law, suit in equity, or other jurisdictional proceeding arising in connection with this Waiver shall be instituted only in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND FULL UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I UNDERSTAND IT IS A PROMISE NOT TO SUE AND A RELEASE AND INDEMNITY FOR ALL CLAIMS, AND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING MY RIGHT TO SUE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM SIGNING THIS WAIVER FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, AND I INTEND MY ACCEPTANCE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.&nbsp;
I understand that the Released Parties are relying upon this Waiver, and I agree to be legally bound by this Waiver.
