Hurricane Damage Information: Like all properties on the beach, the private beach steps and seawall here were destroyed and need time to be rebuilt. Because the seawall would need to be rebuilt before the steps can be rebuilt, we do not currently have a timeline set for reopening. All rates have been lowered to reflect the beach steps being closed. In the meantime, the nearest open beach access is just TWO houses away, so very close by! Cancellation Policy: Guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to their check-in date and they’ll receive all funds back with the exception of the administration/service fee. The administration/service fee is the only amount non-refundable. Guests will not receive any refund if they cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance at check out for additional reservation coverage.
