<h1><strong>Hot Tub Use Agreement</strong></h1>
<p>This Agreement must be signed and a valid credit card placed on file prior to check-in. A <strong>$450 pre-authorization hold</strong> will be processed by <a href="http://www.birchrentals.com" target="_self"><strong>Birch Rentals</strong></a><strong> </strong>, the licensed management company for this property. This is not a charge. The temporary hold will be automatically released within 48 hours after checkout, provided the hot tub does not require extra cleaning or repair.</p>
<p>By signing below, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to follow all rules. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of all or part of the deposit and/or responsibility for damages exceeding $450.</p>
<h3>Hot Tub Rules (Prohibited)</h3>
<ol>
<li>Entering without first rinsing/showering</li>
<li>Bringing pets, glass, or sharp objects near/in tub</li>
<li>Using oils, soaps, cosmetics, or lotions in water</li>
<li>Jumping, diving, or placing heavy items in tub</li>
<li>Tampering with jets, electrical systems, or control panels</li>
<li>Removing the bromine floater</li>
<li>Tracking large amounts of sand, dirt, or debris into tub</li>
<li>Turning off breakers, unplugging, or disabling tub</li>
<li>Leaving tub open/uncovered for extended hours</li>
<li>Allowing overflow</li>
<li>Damaging or misusing headrests, covers, or equipment</li>
</ol>
<h3>Deposit &amp; Liability</h3>
<ul>
<li>If water requires draining, refilling, or chemical rebalancing due to misuse, the $450 deposit will be retained.</li>
<li>For minor cleanings above and beyond the normal service call, an appropriate portion may be withheld.</li>
<li>Equipment damage (covers, headrests, etc.) will be charged against the deposit.</li>
<li>Guest remains liable for costs exceeding $450.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Non-Dispute Agreement</h3>
<p>Guest agrees not to dispute the $450 pre-authorization hold or any portion retained due to misuse, cleaning, or damage.</p>
