Great place in a neat area. 5 minute walk to the river, close to downtown. Great kitchen and living space. A perfect weekend running the Richmond Half Marathon. Would absolutely stay here again!

James’ penthouse style apartment was so cute and clean. Everything was brand new and he had everything you could imagine to assist your stay while you are away. I really enjoyed the living space and upstairs deck with a view of the town. This place is perfect to share with friends and family.

My family and I enjoyed the stayed here. The space was clean, spacious, just like described and seen on pictures. The location was convenient for us. We felt at home! James' suggestions were very helpful. We'll definitely stay here again next time we tarvel to Richmond VA.
