Incredibly easy access to all of the city's sports stadiums, music venues, best restaurants, parks, and cute cafes. Or hop on the Streetcar for free to get around the central business district easily.

You'll find that the space is remarkably well-designed, comfortable, and amply stocked. We've put thought into every single corner of the space and left no expense spared when it comes to comfort and design.

Parking and automobile details:
- Easy access to gated, on-site parking with a dedicated parking spot, which includes a Tesla EV charger. Other EV brands can use it, but will need to an adapter.

First floor: 
- You'll walk into the foyer, which features a hand-carved circa staircase circa 1880
- On this floor you'll find bedrooms 1 and 2: the master bedroom and the second bedroom, both with their own en-suite bathrooms
- The master bathroom is spacious, with a double vanity and his / hers dual shower heads
- This floor also features a half bathroom

Second floor:
- You'll walk up the staircase into the spacious, bright, and well-designed open kitchen-living space. 
- You'll find dining seating for up to 9 people: 6 at the dining table (just pull over the extra stools) + bar seating for 3.
- The living room has a luxury pull-out sofa
- The kitchen has upscale Kitchenaid appliances, including a Breville espresso machine and specialty coffee maker
- For those who love to cook, we've stocked just about every herb and spice you can imagine
- The third bedroom suite, also with a private en-suite bathroom.

Floor zero (basement level):
- The basement level is comfortable, dry, air conditioned, and heated
- You'll find the 4th bedroom, which features a queen sized sofa bed, on this level
- This large room also doubles as an office and a remarkably well-designed gym
- The gym features dumbbells, an adjustable flat bench, a treadmill with a desk so that you can work or stream shows while you walk, and many other accessories (see the photos)

This place was a great stay! The home is well equipped throughout and the kitchen had everything you could need. The decor was gorgeous and high quality, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very cozy. It was great to be right by OTR and the stadium - we walked everywhere! The property management team were responsive and easy to work with, allowing us to check in a little early and keep our luggage until the afternoon after check out. I'd love to stay here again!

This stay is great for a large group. We had a girl's weekend in the city and loved the style and details in this home. The espresso machine (and video instruction!) were a welcome touch. All the details in this home are beautiful and it has everything you could want! It's great for a group, with plenty of shared space.

Our recent stay at Chris & Chris' house in Cincinnati for a family wedding was awesome. Communication was always proactive and provided the right level of detail. I'm sure if we would have had questions, they would have responded quickly. We just never had any issues with the property.

The location is awesome with a lot of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. I will happily stay at the property again if we find ourselves back in Cincinnati in the future.

This is a truly a lovely location from which to explore Cincinnati.  Perfectly situated for great food venues, MusicHall, easy walk to Riverfront.  Rental was beautifully appointed and maintained.Hosts were responsive and professional. Would stay again here, AND rent again with these hosts

Our ladies' group wasn't familiar with downtown Cincinnati, but we're SO glad we booked here. The location was perfect and Chris and Chris' guidebook was awesome—we walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Findlay Market. Taking the Streetcar to Great American Ballpark was easy and fun. We loved relaxing at Washington Park, too. The house itself was amazing—beautifully designed and the hosts put thought into everything (they even labeled the light switches), and each of us having our own en-suite bathroom was so convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely return if we're back in Cincinnati.

Definitions:

Booking Platform. The website, app, distribution channel, or means by which a guest placed a reservation, including but not limited to Booking.com, VRBO/Homeaway, Airbnb, Homeowner’s/Licensor’s website, electronic mail/message, or any other method, channel, or place through which a guest confirmed a reservation.
&nbsp;
Booking Confirmation. The written confirmation of a valid reservation provided to guest by or through the Booking Platform.

Guest’s Party. All people associated with Guest who enter onto the Premises (at any time).

Guest Party Size. The number of people that Guest indicates will be staying, as represented on the Booking Confirmation.

Premises. The lodging stayed in by Guest Party and all adjacent common areas, including common hallways and exterior parking areas.&nbsp;

TERMS OF ACCOMMODATION AND PERMISSION TO BE ON PREMISES

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between “Homeowner/Licensor” (also referred to as “us/we”) and “Guest” (also referred to you “you/your”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1.	<ins>This agreement confers a temporary and revocable license to be on premises.</ins> This license may be revoked by Homeowner at will for any reason or for no reason at all.&nbsp;

2.	Guest understands and agrees that failure of Guest’s Party to promptly depart the premises after revocation of this license constitutes criminal trespassing under ORC 2911.21.

3<ins>.	Homeowner retains absolute and exclusive control over the premises</ins>. As a licensee receiving temporary and revocable permission to be on Premises, Guest is neither a tenant nor a renter of the premises. Guest has a permanent address of residence elsewhere and has no tenants rights or ownership interest in the Premises whatsoever. Guest refusal to leave the premises is a criminal matter under ORC 2911.21.&nbsp;

4<ins>.	Premises.</ins> The premises is located at the Premises address described on the Booking Confirmation.

5.	Homeowner is supplying to Guest the essentials required for guest’s temporary usage of the premises. The premises is furnished and includes an initial stock of linens, towels, kitchen supplies, coffee, and other amenities. Please do not remove items from the property.&nbsp;

6.	<ins>Guest Party:</ins> Guest’s Party shall be no larger than Guest Party Size located on Booking Confirmation.

7.	<ins>Term of the License.</ins> The license begins at the date and time specified on the Booking Confirmation (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at the date and time specified on the Booking Confirmation, unless terminated earlier by Homeowner.&nbsp;

8.	<ins>Rental Rules:</ins> Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules, incorporated as a part of this agreement, at all times while at the premises and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the premises to abide by the following rules at all times while at the premises.

9.	<ins>Access:</ins> Homeowner retains access to the premises for purposes of repair and inspection and other purposes as determined necessary by Homeowner. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

10.	<ins>Unregistered Guests:</ins> Any person in the premises above and beyond the Guest Party Size shown on your booking confirmation is an Unregistered Guest. At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for Unregistered Guests. You agree to pay $20 per unregistered guest per night, even in the event that your reservation is terminated for Unregistered Guests.


REFUNDS, CANCELLATION, AND NO-SHOW POLICY

1.	<ins>No-shows: </ins>Refunds are not offered for no-shows.

2.	<ins>Refunds for cancellation:</ins> Refunds for cancellation are subject to the cancellation/refund policy shown on your Booking Confirmation. If your Booking Confirmation does not show a cancellation policy then the cancellation policy applied will be the policy shown on the Booking Platform’s listing page. If the Booking Platform does not show a cancellation policy, or if there is an unresolvable dispute about the cancellation policy shown on the Booking Platform then the following terms apply: reservations placed within 48 hours of the check-in date will receive no refund; reservations canceled between 15 and 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund; reservations canceled more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus payment processing fees incurred by us.

3. <ins>Method of cancellation</ins>: A reservation is not considered canceled until Guest processes the cancellation through the Booking Platform through which the guest placed the booking. Messages and cancellation queries placed outside of the Booking Platform do not constitute a cancellation. Homeowner/Licensor cannot process a cancellation on Guest's behalf.

PAYMENT TERMS

1.	<ins>Payment of rental rate and taxes</ins>: You agree to pay and authorize your card to be charged for the full amount of the rental rate and taxes shown on your Booking Confirmation:

2.	<ins>Refundable incidentals/damage deposit (“Damage Deposit”)</ins>: You agree to pay and authorize your card to be charged a Damage Deposit pre-authorization prior to your check-in, in an amount specified on your Booking Confirmation or the Booking Platform listing page, but in no case less than $300.00. We may withhold the Damage Deposit in the case of violations of the Rental Rules, extra guests, late check-outs, damage to premises or furnishings, excessive cleaning required, missing or lost items that belong to Homeowner/Licensor, or other costs incurred by Homeowner/Licensor because of Guest’s Party, including but not limited to damage to the reputation of the property.&nbsp;

3.	<ins>Damages in excess of the Damage Deposit</ins>: You agree to pay and authorize us to charge your card for the full amount of any damages or incidentals that are in excess of the Damage Deposit, including a minimum amount for the fee amounts shown in the Rental Rules and Damages Policy.

RENTAL RULES AND DAMAGES POLICY

1.	Smoking is not allowed in the home. Indoors smoking of any product will incur a $300 cleaning fee. This is strictly enforced.
2.	Any other person in the premises is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the Guest Party Size occupancy limit.&nbsp;
3.	Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 7:00a.m.
4.	Owner/Licensor is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, even if it is the result of gross negligence. Homeowner/Licensor is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homeowner/Licensor for any damages to premises caused by Guest Party or damages experienced by Guest’s associates.
5.	Keep the premises and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6.	Pets are not allowed unless described on the Booking Confirmation. Cleanup of any pet material (hair, fur, odor, bio-material) will result in a minimum $250 fee in addition to the cost of replacing any premises damaged by the material.
7.	Parking: If spots are provided, up to 1 vehicles may be parked in spots provided. Parking in any other spots or in unmarked spots may result in towed vehicles. Homeowner may provide additional spots if agreed upon in advance.
8.	Housekeeping: Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. Please do not remove towels or linens from the units.&nbsp;
9.	Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house.&nbsp;&nbsp;
10.	Water and Septic: Please do not flush anything other than bathroom tissue down the toilet.
11.	Human Waste: Cleanup of human bio-material will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee, in addition to the cost of replacing any premises damaged by the material.&nbsp;
12.	Attorney’s Fees: In the event that Homeowner commences legal action against Guest and secures a judgement in Homeowner’s favor, Guest shall pay all reasonable attorney’s fees.
