Great stay for Bachelor party. Had everything from swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, open space, large kitchen. Was in a good location and central to many activities.

The house wasn’t as nice as the pictures, the pool was dirty. Flor did charge me $50 for towels because they were stained “after being washed multiple times” and to charge such a big cleaning fee, I found it to be ridiculous.

Exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for a larger group looking to have a good time in Austin.

Great house! Perfect for our bachelorette weekend!

Great communication, awesome space for all of us to get together! We will be back

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.
NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking
PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside. LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims.&nbsp;
No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.&nbsp;
