Stunning newer condo in downtown Asheville. This unit has 1 Main Bedroom and a Murphy Bed with balcony that opens from the bedroom and runs the entire length of the condo. Enjoy city views by the firepit. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway; the location is hard to beat. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

First class in every way. Including all of the details. Excellent location as well. Short walk to the major downtown sites and shops. An easy drive to the Biltmore Mansion. We spent 5 nights and wished we had planned for more. FYI - do not miss Chimney Rock and Lake Lure.

An awesome place to stay! Very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped! Walking distances to great restaurants and coffee shops. The building was very quiet and safe.

This property is beautiful and nicer than pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels were well stocked. The balcony and fire pit pushed it over the top!
