This beautiful, well-appointed home offers spacious, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and multiple entertainment areas—plus stunning sunset views and a quiet, friendly neighborhood close to the city and airport. Thoughtful amenities, an efficient layout for families and remote work, and prompt, professional host support combine to create a relaxing, hassle-free stay for entertaining or exploring the area.

This house was amazing. Perfect for our family with teens and babies. Everyone had their own bathroom and enough tvs for everyone as well. The backyard had amazing sunsets. The kitchen was perfect for making meals. The office space made it easy to work while away. Games for fun family nights. We felt safe in the quiet neighborhood yet we were close to some stores. It was such a nice visit!

Flor was kind and responsive & provided clear instructions for check-in. The home was stylish, comfortable, clean, & laid out well. Back of the home provides an excellent view of the sunset.  The kitchen was stocked with utensils & was a great gathering point. 

The home theater projector gave us some challenges as it did not connect, but there were 3 other 80-inch+ tvs around the house, as well as a slew of board games that kept us thoroughly entertained. If I HAD to leave a note it would be about adding some extra towels. However, the stay was excellent. I would absolutely book here again.

We could have given this house a 5 star review as soon as we walked in. Spacious and beautiful house with a great view from living and dining area. One of the very cleanest airbnbs we have stayed in. Even the floorboards were clean. Everything was as described and the location was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Flor was a great host. She responded quickly to any questions we had. Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home and views.

During our house 1.5 months remodeling, our family stayed at this beautiful house. 

We have had lots of headache from house remodeling from the construction company. 

But every evening, stepping into this house, a beautiful sunset greeted us and the scenery was relaxing and beautiful. 

The house has well maintained and furniture layout and laundry room etc is very functional. 

Most importantly, Flor was very proactive to support us with the various needs. Especially her prompt and professional communication is beyond the expectation. 

I wish to stay at this house again when I celebrate our special day in the future. Thank you Flor! You are the best~

Guest: {{guest_name}} (“Guest”), agrees to: 

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.

NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking

PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;

LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims. 

No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
