CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel a reservation, you must call or or email ) our Office and one of our reservationists will personally handle your request. Cancellation requests made 30 or more days before your arrival date will be charged the $100 cancellation fee and the $40 reservation fee. Cancellation requests received less than 31 days prior to the arrival date, FULL payment is NON-REFUNDABLE unless we are able to re-rent your booking. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
