We first pulled up and were unloading our cars when the person who cleans the place pulled in and told us the towels were in the dryer and she was back to fold them. We told her it was fine we would take care of it. She apparently hadn't finished CLEANING either because there was balled up hair and gunk on the shower drains. Ok fine whatever I us...

Be prepared not to use the pool nor broken pool chairs. Bring your blow dryer, there's not one. I don't recommend any of the properties that also is an Evolve property. VRBO and Evolve don't communicate well. If you have a discrepancy in cost, it's impossible to straighten out. Property is nice on the inside.

We enjoyed the large common areas. The grand boys liked the pool. We all liked the screened room with plenty of seating and a tv as we watched college basketball. Close to park for the boys to play basketball. And we all played some pickleball.
