CANCELLATION POLICY – Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email and confirmed received by Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental Properties. Cancellations made prior than 60 days of arrival. Monies paid will be refunded minus the reservation fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. No refunds will be offered. Cancellations due to military orders. 30 Days prior to arrival. Proof or orders submitted. Monies paid will be refunded minus the reservation fee.
