This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage was built in 1870 by William Butler Garrett then down to his great grandson, Dr. William E. Mitchel. The property was restored as originally built, log by log, by Garrett's great-great granddaughter & family. Logs were marked & moved & restored for the front room, exactly as it stood in 1870, adding the modern amenities. A $50 cancellation charge for reservation cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposits, payments and/or fees for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future reservation within a year without penalty. (must apply to same cabin) (subject to availability) Refunds are not provided for nights removed less than 30 days prior to guest arrival.
