The property was lovely. Peaceful and clean. We had a busy few days leaving early and back late so didn't get to explore the area. This home was ideal for us.

I can’t recommend staying at Flor’s place enough! It’s very rare for me to travel and immediately feel at home, but that’s how I felt upon showing up here. I stayed over a week and had everything I needed for my stay. The home is not only beautifully designed and clean but it has all the kitchen gear you need. She has clearly put a lot of thought into making the stay a comfortable one for guests. A top notch home with a thoughtful, helpful, and responsive host!

Love that new home smell!  This house set back on lot in front of primary unit is just so fresh and tastefully decorated. Not too much…not too little. High end finishes. Gorgeous bathrooms. Super comfy master bedroom/bed. And it was soooo quiet.  The street itself is a mix of original homes and some new groundbreaking. Totally safe in my opinion. And an authentic neighborhood. 

A few things to point out:  yes the yard is smaller than picture. A new fence erected. But perfectly fine for our 2 dogs and a drink on patio. The refrigerator does not have built in ice maker.  It has trays to make ice but you might want to pick up a bag. 

It truly is a straight shot to downtown … and some of the best BBQ joints! 

Flor was incredibly responsive and easy to work with.  I feel like this could be a longer term rental… it’s that comfortable! I would book again!!!

A couple complaints: they forgot to include our check-in code and didn’t realize so we had to reach out for the code 2 hours after our official check in time. The backyard photo is misleading - they raised an additional fence wall to make it smaller, so the size of the yard is actually a quarter of what you see in the listing photos. The playground is also not in the yard. Besides that, the house was clean, decor was great, bed was comfortable, and bathrooms were nice. It would be 5 stars across the board with some minor improvements in communication.

Our stay at Flo's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The house was not only incredibly beautiful but also spotlessly clean, making us feel right at home the moment we walked in. It's clear that Flo puts a lot of effort into maintaining a wonderful space for her guests.

What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Flo's outstanding communication. From the very beginning, she was prompt, helpful, and friendly, answering all our questions and providing detailed information that made our trip seamless. It was a true pleasure to communicate with such a great host.

We can't recommend Flo's place enough and would gladly stay there again on our next visit!

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.
NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking
PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims.
