Guests cherish the welcoming atmosphere, thoughtfully designed spaces, and prime location that makes both relaxation and convenience a priority. With attentive hosts and plenty of amenities, this property stands out as an ideal retreat for families and travelers alike.

Easy 5 stars. The owners tastefully designed and furnished this home with bright and welcoming colors.  It included plenty of coffee for a week stay with a few little snacks and treats, all the amenities necessary for a longer stay, plus cute and thoughtful touches that made my family feel very welcomed. The backyard is private. My two year old loved the little toy bear and book about Austin left in her bedroom. Just such an overall great place. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay here, especially as we were relocating from London. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy driving distance of all the necessary shops and amenities we needed to get settled.

More importantly, the host was phenomenally responsive and accommodating. We had to request several last-minute extensions, and their flexibility in granting them made an enormous difference during a stressful transition period. It truly felt like they went above and beyond.

We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb, particularly to anyone needing a reliable and comfortable base

Flor's place was great. The location was great and the home was perfect for us and our dogs. We felt right at home during our stay. There was a nice fenced in yard and more amenities than we had time to use (movie/game room). The beds were also very comfortable. I would gladly stay here again.

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.
NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking
PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims.
