Guests consistently appreciate the warm hospitality and prompt responsiveness, particularly from Flor, which enhances their stay. The property offers a charming environment, complete with a delightful screened-in area for relaxation and socialization, making it an ideal retreat away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

We ended up needing to check in a day early and Flor was very responsive and was able to timely accommodate our need. 
House has a nice screened area in the back year and we enjoyed socializing and playing board games out there. 
Nice neighborhood. There isn’t much walkable but the trade off of not having to manage the downtown traffic that goes with staying downtown was well worth it to us. 
We would definitely stay there again.

Nice safe area, clean house. We were given the wrong code so we couldn’t get in the house right away. Also the TVs are very slow and freeze so no movies. Was missing a few things like soap in the shower and coffee filters but overall a nice place to stay.

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.
NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking
PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims. 
No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
