The Space:
Note: Top floor of the building. The fourth "bedroom" is a twin bunk in the main entrance way. please make sure you review pictures clearly. Reach out if you have questions.

Bedroom 1 – The master bedroom is right off the Dinning room. The room has a smart tv and King bed. There is an in-suit bathroom with a modern bathroom. 

Bedroom 2 – A cool bunkbed room with two queen beds on the bottom and two full beds on top. There is an in-suite bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious. The toilet and shower can be closed to allow others in the room to use the bathroom and sink to get ready.

Bedroom 3 – Has a queen bed with a smart tv. There is no bathroom attached but the third bathroom is right outside one of the entrances. 

Bedroom 4 – This is NOT a real bedroom but two twin bunk beds right in the front entrance to the condo.
Just because we allow a certain amount of people to stay and sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions. 
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 feet.

Large group? We have you covered with over 12 listings in the same building.

Neighborhood:
Georgia Street and Meridian Street. The whole sale district within walking distant to everything. The downtown police station is just across the street.

Transit:
Literally walk everywhere. Don't want to walk? $5 Uber anywhere downtown (Estimate). Scooters everywhere.

Note: Bedroom 4 is not a fully enclosed bedroom. Bedroom 4 consists of the 2 bunk beds at the entrance to the condo.

LOFT RULES: 
 
As Superhosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family and friend memories in our cozy loft. 

THE #1, ABSOLUTE, MOST IMPORTANT RULE:

•NO PARTIES.  

•If you are visiting our place to attend a conference, or to enjoy the great location and happenings of downtown and need a place to enjoy quietly, our loft is a great fit.  If you plan on having loud music and partying in our loft, our place is not for you.  The loft building consists of residences, and any disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated and could result in loss of your deposit.  There are many places to party outside in the numerous bars and restaurants in the area.  Party in those places and relax in ours.   

•While we always expect the condo to remain at an acceptable noise level, the building’s quiet hours are enforced starting at 9:00pm Sunday – Thursday and 11:00 pm Friday and Saturday.  The loft has noise monitoring services (noiseaware) that report the volume decibel level, so that owners will be aware of any noise levels that exceed the acceptable limits.  In addition, an owner of the condo lives on the same floor and will likely be aware of any excessive noise or parties that happen.     

•If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.

•If guests are found to have had an event without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND MAY FORFEIT ANY DEPOSITS.

•If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY  AND MAY FORFEIT ANY DEPOSITS.

•Number of Guests: Please provide an accurate count on the number of guests that will be staying with you. Please update the number if warranted up to the date you check out.  We understand that some may intentionally underestimate the number of guests in order to get a better rate or better chance at acceptance.  We need to make sure the number of guests does not exceed the capacity of the loft.  Be aware that there are cameras in the lobby and hallways that are monitored by the owners and will record any discrepancies in the number of guests registered. If the number of actual guests staying in the loft exceeds the registered number, GUESTS MAY BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND MAY FORFEIT ANY DEPOSITS.

OTHER RULES
 
•There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
•PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Loading the dishwasher and starting it before you leave is fine.
•PARKING: We only provide 1 parking card that is on a scan in, scan out basis. It cannot be used to scan in more than 1 vehicle. If this is attempted the card will be deactivated and we will charge a fee for reactivation.
•THERMOSTAT: The thermostat must NOT be set on cool below 68 degrees or heat above 73 degrees. It is monitored electronically and any violation will result in a fine from the hosts.
•Some units have a shuffleboard table and/or Pool Table in the home for our guest's entertainment. Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay.
•Please acknowledge that at times, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not opened. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.  The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
•Please do not rearrange our furniture.
•Lastly, because this is an Airbnb property and not a hotel, and is also our home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

If you violate any of the following rules you will be asked to leave immediately, escorted out if necessary, and NOT refunded:
- Smoking or doing other activities in the stairwell (besides using them to walk to your room)
- Attempting to access the unfinished roof
- Leaving trash or other items in the lobby or hallways - which will also result in a $100 fine
- Smoking in the condo
- Attempting to have any type of party

Please Note: There are stairs in the condo that lead to the third bedroom and upstairs loft. These stairs are NOT to be used by young children or people not capable of climbing up and down stairs. Please use at your own risk.
