Cancellation: In the event of your party needing to cancel, the following conditions will apply: • 100% refund if you cancel at least 6 weeks prior to arrival • 50% refund if you cancel at 4 to 6 weeks prior to arrival ($50 minimum) • Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, all rental payments are retained, except for the cleaning fee and security deposit/CSA damage insurance • No Show on day of arrival result in no refund.
