Rules and Stay Policies
1. Check-In and Check-Out Times
✔ Check-In: From 3:00 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability.
✔ Check-Out: Until 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
✔ Self Check-In: If applicable, detailed instructions will be provided.
✔ Identity Verification: All guests must provide a valid ID before check-in.
2. Cleaning
🧹 The property is cleaned ONLY ONE TIME before and after the stay.
🧼 Additional cleaning services can be requested at an extra cost and are subject to availability.
🔄 Guests are expected to maintain the property in a reasonable condition.

3. No Smoking Policy
🚭 All our properties are 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 USD fine for cleaning and odor removal.
🚭 If marijuana consumption is detected or there is a strong smell, an automatic fine will be applied, and the reservation may be canceled without a refund.
🚭 In properties with outdoor spaces, smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

4. Conduct and Noise
🔇 Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
🚫 Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior authorization.
⚠ Violating quiet hours will result in a $300 USD fine and may lead to eviction without a refund.

5. Deposits and Responsibilities
💳 A refundable deposit may be required at check-in.
🛠 Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
🔍 Missing or damaged items will be charged and deducted from the deposit or processed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.

6. Fines and Penalties
⏳ Unauthorized late check-out: $25 USD per hour after the check-out time.
🔑 Lost keys or access devices: $40 USD replacement fee.

7. Internet and Technology
📶 Free Wi-Fi is available. The use of Wi-Fi for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
📺 Any damage to electronic devices will be charged to the guest.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
📌 No refunds will be issued for No Shows or violations of house rules.

9. Liability Disclaimer
⚠ Nok is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
⚠ Guests assume all risks of injury or losses related to the use of the property.

10. Visitor Policy
👥 For stays under 30 days: All visitors must be registered at least 24 hours in advance through the reservation chat. Immediate authorizations are not allowed.
🏡 For stays of 30 days or more: Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM. If they wish to enter after this time, an ID must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
⏰ Visiting hours: From 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After this time, a nightly charge per person will be applied.

11. Prohibited Activities
❌ The use of drugs or involvement in prostitution-related activities is strictly prohibited.
⚠ If violated, the reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund, the police will be notified, and a fine between $200 and $500 USD will be applied depending on the severity of the infraction.

⚠ Compliance and Termination
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
