Travel Renter will be refunded rental fees paid less $100 administrative fee for cancellations of condos or non oceanfront houses and $1000 for cancelations of oceanfront house rentals, providing that renter advises Luxury Beach Rentals up to 30 days for condos or non oceanfront houses and 60 days for oceanfront houses prior to check-in date. Cancellations within these time frames of check-in date will be refunded rental fees collected for re-renting less the administrative fee if able to re-rent the property.
