If it’s a classic, peaceful Smoky Mountain getaway you’re searching for, look no further than Now and Forever. Tucked into an idyllic forest setting and surrounded by the natural sights and sounds of the mountains, this three-bedroom cabin is the picture-perfect spot for a blissful family escape. As you arrive and park between the stone pillars in the dappled sunlight, you’ll feel all of your stress melt away.

In the massive great room, airy vaulted ceilings and lots of large windows create a spacious, light-filled space to gather together. A cozy stone fireplace anchors the space with warmth, and plenty of comfortable lounging spots provide plenty of space for easy conversation and relaxation. There’s even a full-size pool table in the center of the room that’s perfect for a quick game.  There's also high speed internet for you to use. 

The kitchen is open to the living areas and features an ample L-shaped island with casual barstool seating for eight people. A vintage-inspired range sits in a custom stone nook, while a double wall-oven is ideal for large groups. This welcoming, comfy kitchen will be the place where everyone gathers together while waiting for the coffee to brew in the early mornings, or popping corks at happy hour. In a bay window, there’s another dining area with seating for four. 

Three spacious, private bedrooms are spread out throughout the home. The first bedroom is located on the main level and has a king-size bed and a small seating area. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second level. Each bedroom has an elegant, king-size, four-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Peaceful views of the neighboring forest can be enjoyed from each bedroom. 

In the warmer months, the large outdoor deck will be a favorite spot to relax and recharge. There’s also a grill for preparing meals and space for alfresco dining underneath the stars. This idyllic location is overflowing with crisp mountain breezes and soothing wild bird songs. Pour a glass of wine, crack open a great book, and spend the afternoon on the deck enjoying the bucolic surroundings. While this cabin is located in the Wears Valley area, when you’re ready to explore, the boutique shopping, delicious cafes of Pigeon Forge— including Dollywood— and Gatlinburg are only about a 20-minute drive away.

This agreement is between the guest of record that has booked a reservation (herein referred to as Guest) and Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, Inc. (herein referred to as ECVR). 

RENTAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Guest acknowledges and understands that he (she) is a licensee of the Owner and not a tenant; and that he (she) is not acquiring any interest in the property. It is understood that each unit is privately owned including all furnishings, with ECVR acting solely as Agent for the Owner. 

COMMUNICATION: It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. Communication about a reservation, even after departure, must only be with the guest of record.
PROPERTY SUPPLIES: ECVR will provide a starter supply of soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. All properties are supplied with linens and towels as well as kitchenware and utensils. All linens, towels, kitchenware, game systems and utensils are inventoried upon check out. The reservation holder’s credit card on file will be charged for any missing/damaged items. 

MANAGEMENT ACCESS TO PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY
Manager employees or vendors may arrive unannounced to conduct regularly scheduled services such as trash removal, pool services or HVAC filter inspection during your stay. Such services will require entry into the property for a brief period of time, even if you are away during their arrival.

ITEMS LEFT IN PROPERTY: ECVR will not be responsible for any personal items left in the property. ECVR is not responsible for accident or injury to Guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Although we are not responsible for items left behind, if requested we do make every effort to locate and return said items to Guest of record when notified that the item is lost or an item is discovered. Contact our office, and if lost item(s) are located, items will be sent USPS collect plus a $25 processing fee. Unclaimed items are periodically donated to local charities.
NOISE ORDINANCE(S): The Property is located in a neighborhood which has a "noise ordinance" in effect after dark. All Guests agree to respect the Noise Ordinance and to use common sense in keeping noise volume low after dark. Any police enforcement actions by the City, County or Home/Condominium Association are at the sole risk and expense of the registered Guest and may result in Excess Damage Cost and/or immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY FOR SHOWING: If Property is placed on the market for sale, Guest agrees to allow the Property to be shown to prospective buyer(s) upon reasonable notice of 24 hours or more to Guest. Property may be shown to prospective future guests in the same manner and upon such notice. By acceptance of this written contract, you agree to allow the rental property to be shown to prospective buyer(s).

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of Reservation Deposit and Final Balance, if paid, and such party will not be permitted to check in and/or will be subject to immediate eviction with the forfeiture of all amounts paid.

PREPAID RENT: Prepaid rent is held in an interest bearing account with interest accruing to the benefit of ECVR.
