Location, Location, Location!!  This unit is perfectly located on the 9th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door and avoid the elevators!!!


Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was spared when decorating this condo, with a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen.  A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king sized bed and a triple bunk for sleeping accommodations for 11.  We also have a queen sized air mattress if you have more kids.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green.  The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below.  You have covered parking in the garage. 



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking:  You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.  Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Guests consistently praise the spacious and well-appointed condos, highlighting the stunning beach views and convenient amenities that enhance their family vacations. Overall, visitors enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a sought-after choice for memorable beach getaways.

Overall the Condo was good. The family room furniture was a bit dingy. The the rug was needing replacement. Bathroom rugs were old and shabby. Bathroom garbage cans were all rusted inside. Refrigerator had some broken buttons. 

The room was amazing! The amenities were great. The only downside was the hot tub and sauna were closed.

ANOTHER YEAR AT PHEONIX WEST 2 AND ANOTHER AWESOME VACATION STAY!  THIS IS OUR SECOND YEAR IN THIS UNIT AND AGAIN WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE AVAILABLE SLEEPING SPACE, CLEANLINESS, AND PRIVATE BALCONY. UNIT HAS DIRECT ACCESS TO PARKING GARAGE WHICH IS ALWAYS HELPFUL.  IT'S VERY WELL STOCKED AND THE PERSONAL ICE MAKER IS SUCH A BONUS.  WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO THIS UNIT IN THE FUTURE. 

We have rented from Vacation Rentals for several years and we have always been pleased with the service received. This year service was excellent. We will be back next year. 

My family (6 adults, 3 children) stayed here and had a wonderful time. Right on the beach, the lazy River was great, and the kids loved the indoor pool. I wish the splash pad could have been finished for the kiddos. We will definitely try to stay here again.

We are here to provide you, our guests, with outstanding customer service and a vacation to remember for a lifetime. The Condo you are renting is a privately owned home well cared for and much loved. Please Read Carefully the following Policies and Procedures for our Condos.  PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT:
You may check in directly to your condo with your access code. 

Check-In is after 4:30p.m.
Check-Out is at 10:00 a.m. ***Please adhere to the check-out time as our cleaning staff has limited time to prepare the condo for the next guests.*** Your access code will expire at 10:00 a.m. on your departure date.

NUMBER OF GUESTS/HOUSE PARTIES:
Guest(s) agree that more than the number of people stated in the rental agreement will not occupy the condo at any time for any reason.  If more than the number previously stated occupies the rental property, it will result in loss of total rent and/or additional charges per Guest.  

Occupancy of premises shall not be the cause of any disturbance or offense to surrounding neighbors.  The use of fireworks and/or firearms is strictly prohibited.  House parties, keg parties, or any disruptive behavior will result in guest(s) vacating the property immediately without a refund.

AGE REQUIREMENTS/FALSE PRETENSES:
You must be 25 years of age with a valid I.D. or Driver's License to rent the Condo.  Parents, please do not call to rent the condo for your children to use.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.  Violation of the age requirement constitutes a rental under False Pretenses and is in violation of this Agreement.  Guest(s) will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund.

ENTRY:
You will receive via email a six digit number combination to unlock the condo front door.  This will be provided to you the week before your arrival.  

PARKING:
Upon arrival guests will need to purchase a parking pass for each vehicle that they park at the complex.  These passes may be purchased from the front desk.  The cost of one pass for the duration of your stay ranges from $50 to $60.  Please be aware some locations restrict parking to 2 vehicles for a 3br unit and 3 vehicles for a 4br unit.  Phoenix West II restricts all units to two parking passes.  It is strictly up to the complex’s front desk if they issue any additional parking passes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please call our office to cancel a reservation for any reason.  We require a  thirty (30) day notice prior to arrival date for any cancelation.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.


CANCELLATION FEES:
For cancelations prior to 30 days before your arrival date: $100.00 Cancellation Fee
No Shows are subject to the entire rental fee in their rental agreement.
Cancellation policy also applies to last minute bookings.  
Sorry, No Exceptions to this policy, as we may have had to turn someone else away to book this Condo for you.

RETURNED CHECKS:
There will be a $35.00 service fee for all returned checks.

LOCKOUT POLICY:
It is the Guests responsibility to keep up with the access code provided.  In the event Guests are locked out of a property, the Guests should call 


PET POLICY:
No pets are allowed in our condos except for Phoenix on the Bay II units. A pet or evidence of a pet will cause forfeiture of the entire rent including deposit and immediate tenant eviction.

SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside ANY of the Condos! Evidence of smoking in the unit (including the balcony) will cause forfeiture of the entire rent including deposit and immediate tenant eviction.

LINENS:
Linens are furnished, but you will need to bring beach towels.  No linens will be exchanged during your stay.

ALCOHOL & ILLEGAL DRUGS:
Consumption of alcoholic beverages is limited to people of legal age.  Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of this agreement and immediate dismissal without refund.

LISTINGS & PRICING:
Information regarding condo listings is believed to be accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  We have made every effort to ensure that all the information on our website is up-to-date and accurate.  The possibility of errors and omissions exists.  Our staff will be happy to confirm all information or answer any questions you may have prior to reserving a condo.


CLEANING REQUIREMENTS:
Guest(s) are required to leave the property in the same general condition it was when they arrived.  Dishes should be clean and left in the dishwasher.  Phoenix Rentals will clean the condo and clean all linens and towels upon your departure.
If additional cleaning is required, a service charge will be charged to the credit number on file.  Guest(s) are responsible for all damage, abuse, excessive cleanup requirement, or loss caused by any member of the Guest(s) party to the property or its contents during occupancy.  Phoenix Rentals will inspect each condo after checkout to ensure it is left in good condition.  Phoenix Rentals will make the final determination of the necessity of any charges to the Guest(s) if necessary.  We will not be responsible for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

REPAIRS/SERVICE CALLS:
Phoenix Rentals cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, Hot Tubs, TVs, DVD’s, or other appliances or systems.  Please report any inoperative equipment to immediately.  Phoenix Rentals will make every reasonable effort to have repairs completed quickly and efficiently or may move you to another condo if possible and subject to availability.  Should a repair technician make a call to a rental property unit and find that the equipment is in working order and the problem was due to the Guest(s) oversight or neglect, the charge for service will be at the Guest(s) expense.  No refund or rent reductions will be made due to failure of the appliances and/or equipment.  Guest(s) understands and agrees that Phoenix Rentals may enter the rental property at any reasonable time for the purpose of making any needed repairs. 


REFUNDS:
Please keep in mind that the condo has been reserved and held for each rental Guest and that others may have been turned away.  No refunds for early departures (fewer days than reserved).  No refunds will be given for delayed arrival.  No refunds or rescheduling will be made due to inclement weather.  Full refunds will be given for nights not stayed for the beach closing due to an oil spill.

Neither Owner nor Phoenix Rentals shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy, including, but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, strikes, war, and inclement weather.  NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances. Rental for periods of inclement weather will not be refunded.  However, if there is a Mandatory Evacuation ordered by local authorities due to a hurricane or tropical storm, all unused rents while the evacuation order is in effect will be returned.  If the unit is uninhabitable due to storm damage, all unused rents will be returned.
RIGHT OF ENTRY:
Guest(s) agree that Phoenix Rentals reserves the right to enter the condo at anytime to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check for damages, to make repairs, alterations or improvements to thereto as Phoenix Rentals may deem appropriate.  

EVICTION:
A material breach of this Contract by Guest(s), which, in the sole determination of Phoenix Rentals, results in damage to the Condo, personal injury to Guest(s) or others, a breach of the peace, a nuisance to others, or a violation of criminal law,  local code or rules on premises, shall be grounds for termination of Guest(s) tenancy.  Violation of any of the rules contained in this contract will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. 

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS:
Guest(s) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and Phoenix Rentals for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guest(s) use and occupancy of the Condo.  This is including, but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury, injury due to Hot tubs, or damage or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s).  The terms "Phoenix Rentals" and "Owner" is used in this Agreement shall include their heirs, successors in interest, assigns, employees, agents, and representatives where the context requires or permits.  The terms "Guest(s)", "You" and "Your" as used in this Agreement shall include Guest(s) heirs, successors, assigns, guests, invitees, representatives and other persons on the rental property during Guest(s) occupancy (without regard to whether such persons have authority under this Agreement to be at the Condo), where the context requires or permits.

DISPUTES:
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, and shall be treated as though it were executed in the County of Baldwin County District Court, State of Alabama.  Any action relating to this Agreement shall be instituted and prosecuted only in the Baldwin County District Court, Alabama.  Guest(s) specifically consents to such jurisdictions and to extraterritorial service of process.

Phoenix Rentals Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
All Condos are leased without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin or handicap.  Due to liability issues, we are unable to provide prospective renters with keys to preview Rentals.


VIOLATING AGREEMENT:
If Guest(s) violates any of the conditions of this Agreement; Phoenix Rentals may terminate this Agreement and enter the Condo.  Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Guest(s) shall vacate the Condo immediately and forfeit all rents.
