CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund minus the Non-Refundable Deposit will be issued only when a written cancellation notice is received more than 30 days (60 days for group reservations) prior to the Arrival Date. 15% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable (the Non-Refundable Deposit).
