Pros: Beautiful outdoor space in rear of house (lovely enclosed pool, hot tub, outdoor seating, proximity to canal, three kayaks); recently renovated bathrooms & kitchen; responsive property managers. Ideal location, cozy and spacious. This place had all the amenities we were looking for. Even had the opportunity to watch the manatees every day from the private dock. The addition of the kayaks was definitely a plus as we were able to enjoy the bay as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Home was nice and clean, however cleaning fee was 250 and we had to clean the house before we left. Little over priced on the cleaning fee that we had to do. There were only 3 wash clothes and 3 towels for our stay in the entire house. Hot tub did not work at all, the hottest it ever got was 95 degrees.
