Welcome! This quaint 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom single level home is nestled on Anna Maria Island. The master suite has a king-sized bed with plenty of closet space. The full bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a portable queen-sized bed available for guests as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer white appliances which includes dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, a written notice is required 60 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of $150 will be deducted from your deposit. Rental balances are non refundable. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable for all reservations of 3 weeks or more. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds due to weather, hurricanes, red tide, or any other acts of nature unless a mandatory evacuation of the Anna Maria Island is required. If a mandatory evacuation is required we will be happy to rebook or refund those days.
