HOW WE STARTED We started as a carpenter and a midwife, looking for a better life out West. We chose Austin for its good climate and healthy lifestyle. The people were open minded and progressive but most of all friendly. We fell in love with Austin. After a detailed search, we stumbled upon a rare find, a 1/2 acre property with an 1940's house on a good foundation, some giant Live oak trees in historic Travis Heights just a short walk to the downtown Capital.
