CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY. If you cancel your reservation at least sixty (60) days before your Check In date, you will be charged a $250 cancellation fee and forfeit the non refundable Processing Fee and the non refundable $75 Reservation Fee. If you cancel less than sixty (60) days before Check In, you will forfeit all amounts paid. Bookings made within sixty (60) days before Check-In are non- refundable.
